Leather 6 is a fragrance composition inspired by the earlier JF Schwarzlose Berlin classic, “Spanish Leather.” Leather 6 brings the traditional character of the early 1921 composition into the modern era. The wild base note of frankincense and Japanese storax resin, adopted from “Spanish Leather,” represents the decadent eroticism of bygone days. With its sensual leather notes and saffron blossom in the top note, Leather 6, an exciting new perfume, combines the traditions of perfumery with the wild Berlin nights of today. The primal urges that keep the city awake are reflected in the animalistic character of the leathery top note. The gently enveloping heart note of milk and pure vanilla is a surprise: as is often the case with JF Schwarzlose Berlin, it complements the initial impression of the fragrance and evokes warmth and sensuality.
