PREAMBLE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all transactions conducted on the Jovoy GCC website. Jovoy Rare Perfumes (hereinafter ‘the Seller’) operates in the State of Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, serving connoisseurs across the GCC. By placing an order, the Consumer acknowledges and accepts these terms without restriction.

ARTICLE 1: THE PRODUCTS
• Description: We specialize in luxury niche perfumes. Product descriptions and high-end luxury visuals are indicative of our artisanal collections.
• Availability: Products are offered within the limits of available stocks. Jovoy GCC reserves the right to modify or discontinue collections at any time.
• Compliance: All products comply with the local health and safety regulations of the State of Qatar and the UAE.

ARTICLE 2: PRICING & CURRENCY
• Regional Currencies: Prices are displayed in local GCC currencies (QAR, AED, SAR, etc.) based on the customer’s location.
• Taxes: Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable in Qatar and the UAE.
• Customs & Duties: For deliveries outside the shipping origin (Qatar or UAE), any applicable customs duties or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

ARTICLE 3: ORDERING & PAYMENT
• Secure Checkout: We offer a seamless checkout process via Apple Pay, and major Credit/Debit Cards.
• Order Confirmation: A sales contract is formed only upon the Consumer receiving an order confirmation email from info@jovoyparis.com.
• Personal Use: Purchases are strictly for personal use. Jovoy GCC reserves the right to refuse orders that suggest commercial resale activity.

ARTICLE 4: SHIPPING & DELIVERY
• Regional Hubs: Orders are shipped directly from our hubs in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.
Timelines:
• Qatar: Delivery within 24–48 hours (Same-day where applicable).
• GCC Region: Estimated 7–15 business days, subject to customs clearance.
• Risk: Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.

ARTICLE 5: RETURNS & REFUNDS
• Withdrawal Window: Customers have 7 days from receipt to exercise their right of return.
• Condition: Due to hygiene and safety standards, perfumes must be unopened, unused, and in original cellophane wrapping.
• Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged, the customer must contact us at info@jovoyparis.com within 24 hours with photographic proof for a replacement or refund.

ARTICLE 6: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including logos, high-end visuals, and text, is the exclusive property of Jovoy Rare Perfumes. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under regional intellectual property laws.

ARTICLE 7: APPLICABLE LAW & DISPUTES
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.
• Amicable Solution: In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first by contacting our regional management.
• Jurisdiction: Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Qatar or the Courts of the UAE, depending on the territory of the transaction.
