1A-33 is the first reinterpretation and one of the most successful fragrances from JF Schwarzlose Berlin

As early as the 1950s, this fragrance was a bestseller for the Berlin perfume brand for decades. Alongside the perfume, there was a wide range of products at the time, including soaps and powders from 1A to 33. Even today, the exceptional fragrance formula of this elegant perfume, with its delicate linden blossom, magnolia, and jasmine, as well as the fresh top notes of mandarin and spicy red pepper, continues to captivate. The linden blossom extract alone evokes the Berlin air of the grand boulevard Unter den Linden in this famous perfume of yesteryear – but that’s not all: the fragrance’s name also embodies the German capital. It is based on the former Berlin license plate code. 1A stood for Berlin, and the number 33 for the company’s location in Moabit.

With the brand’s revival in 2012, the bestseller of yesteryear was a must. Even today, JF Schwarzlose Berlin’s offices are once again located in Moabit. With this floral and fresh fragrance in their collection, nothing stands in the way of continuing JF Schwarzlose Berlin’s traditions.
